I’ve built my career developing people and helping organizations tell their stories. I bring two decades of experience leading people and communications programs, originally in the nonprofit industry, and then in the technology sector — for over 6 years at Google and at an edtech startup.
As a coach, consultant and trainer, I’ve supported individuals, organizations and business schools in areas such as: career development, communications, team building and manager training. I’m energized by creating workplaces where people can thrive and helping people build meaningful careers and lives. There’s a special place in my heart for serving parents and other professionals balancing work and caretaking responsibilities. I have a BA in Cultural Anthropology and an MA in International Comparative Education, both from Stanford University. I completed my coaching training at The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), earned a SHRM-CP and am DISC-certified. After years of living in a variety of places across the U.S. and beyond, I’m happy to be back in my hometown of Portland, Oregon, where I live with my husband, our two teenage kids and three sweet, but mischievous cats. In my spare time, you can find me in our garage gym on a yoga mat, curled up with a book, listening to music or adventuring with my family. I adore cookbooks and dresses with pockets. |
