I’m a story junkie. I’m fascinated and inspired by people. This goes back early in my life, when I exhausted the biography section of our school library in second grade.
Since then, I’ve built my career helping organizations tell their stories. I bring years of experience leading marketing and communications efforts, originally in the nonprofit sector, where I worked at several youth education organizations. In addition, I provided training and consultation to organizations across the country building youth mentoring programs. Most recently, I spent over six years leading communications at Google where I partnered with executives, engineers and product teams to tell stories about Google’s technology and its people to the world. I also built Google's local Bay Area community affairs program.
As a coach, I bring my experience in communications to help people define their aspirations and shape their stories to build meaningful careers and lives. I have a BA in Cultural Anthropology and an MA in Education, both from Stanford University, and I've completed training at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). I live in the Bay Area with my husband and two young kids. When I’m not working, you can find me practicing yoga or pilates, writing on my blog, running in the foothills, or most likely, running to keep up with my kids.
